Vendor Spotlight: Special Guests

 

As JunkFest draws ever near (gasp!) we're working like the little junk monkeys that we are to bring you the coolest, most incredible finds this side of the James River! And while I'd like to brag about our goods all day long, I've got some exciting news to share with you!  This year we've invited some friends to show off their wares as well!  Joining us in the Merchant building during this year's Friday evening event, and Saturday's Flea Market are the mother-daughter team of Wildflowers, Inc.  Hailing from LaMoure, Tesa and her mother Pat have been in the junking business for several years.  You may remember them from years past as "Closet Charm" vending their super-cute and stylish boutique clothing and accessories.

This year, they're back....with more clothing & accessories, some great coffee goods, and junk treasures to boot!

 

 

 

Pat...catching all sorts of surprises!

 

 

Wildflowers, Inc. will be bringing with them their own unique brand of repurposed treasures, furniture, and decor with a touch of "rustic western" and a nod to your inner cowgirl!

Your ticket will get you in the door, fancy schmancy yummy food, refreshments, shopping in the JunkFest building, demos on using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, and a gift from the JunkFest Girls!

Show your ticket stub for free admission on Saturday!

Considering the JunkFest Friday Evening Event? What you need to know.

 The 2012 JunkFest Friday Evening Event will be held Friday, September 7th,

from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Tickets go on sale for this event on July 28, 2012.

$35

On or after July 28, you can order your tickets by emailing Missy at:

(sorry, tickets will no longer be held without payment if the limited quantity has been reached)

There is a limited quantity, so once they are sold out...sorry folks, no more will be available.

A portion of the ticket proceeds will be given to a local family who's three sons have all been recently diagnosed with PKAN, a very rare genetic disease.

We'll be Junkin' for a Cause! Because...

a portion of the ticket proceeds will go to

Breast Cancer Awareness.

We've teamed up with some young men from Pi Kappa Alpha, at the University of North Dakota, and in exchange for some "junk hunk" tasks, we will be making a charitable donation to their philanthropic cause...

We think this is a Win-Win!

The Friday Evening Tickled Pink Event is private to ticket holders only!!

The event will be held on Friday September 16th, 6:30pm-8:30pm.

You'll be able to browse and shop the JunkFest building while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and a wine tasting. Each ticket holder will receive a gift.

To make the evening even more fun...you must wear or bring something PINK to be eligible for doorprizes.

Tickets go on sale August 6th and can be obtained by emailing hafner5@daktel.com, but quantities are limited!

$35 (includes Saturday gate fee)

The JunkFest building will be restocked for the Main Event, Saturday September 17th.

The FLEA MARKET, also on Saturday, has grown by leaps and bounds and will knock your socks off this year! It's bigger than ever...and we'll share more about that soon!
